Fees
Transaction Fees:
Our fees range from five percent (5%) of the selling price to twelve percent 12%, depending on the transaction size. Sales fees are based on the total consideration received, including any future royalties, earn-outs, deferred compensation, assumed liabilities and non-competition payments; $10,000 minimum.
Valuation Fees:
Fees are dependent largely on the gross revenues, together with the type or purpose of valuation required.
Project, Consulting Fees:
Charged on an hourly basis, with initial budgets established.
Travel expenses, per diem, meeting expenses, postage, advertising and related out-of-pocket costs are not included in the above, but are subject to pre-approval.
